Emily and I were recently discussing the photography on
Joy the Baker's awesome blog and decided that I needed to take more stills in that vein. Instead of food, however, we chose our previously planned Gin Night as the best time to experiment. Ashley brought a vintage shaker, Emily bought the booze, and I brought the camera. (
And some festive straws courtesy of our GAP props). Despite the drinking, I still managed to find time to take some photos.

If there was one non-photography thing we learned that evening, it was that Brandy = Death.
