Home Sweet Home

People have been asking to see the house. Unfortunately even though I've been here over a month, I still don't have a ton of photos to display. It feels a little weird to traipse around the house and take shots of my toilets and walls, so I really haven't embraced that. Instead, I've just taken pictures of certain things that I enjoy looking at in my house.

The first thing I put together in the new house - my baker's rack

Don't need that up anymore :)

I absolutely LOVE having a letter slot. That's the original front door from the 1930's, folks!

The chairs I fought to have included in the sale

another favorite spot - the window seat

A little piece of the photo montage I did on the stairs. I've been dreaming about this since before we even put an offer in on the house! Unfortunately, it was hard to keep the glare off of some of the photos, even when I changed my angle.

Unfortunately I don't appear to have yet taken the shot I really want, of my favorite reading chair with a kitty named Valentine curled up in it (which has seriously happened over a dozen times since the move) but I'm sure I'll get that in here at some point :-) Hope you enjoyed the tour of our new house!
